Parse a report with its file date as fallback for entries without an exact date.

Rewriting cached measurements must not promote their date to the rewrite time. A present RESULT_DATE_FIELD is a decimal u64 string, including zero for an explicitly undated result; ordinary upstream reports use the fallback.
