Attaches the records that were still waiting for their file.
Called after a scan. A record waits because nothing matched it at import
time, and the usual reason is that its folder had not been scanned yet — but
also that the path it names is not the path the catalog settled on. Watched
folders are stored canonical, so a report written against a symbolic link,
or against /var where the system says /private/var, names the same file
by another route. A whole-file MD5 resolves the path when available; older
reports still use a unique name, size and modification date.
Returns how many were attached.
