Expand description
In-memory playback order and transport state for a catalog selection.
The queue holds track IDs, including repeated entries. It does not decode audio, open files, or persist a session. Its seeded shuffle permutes the entries once, so both the next and previous track remain knowable.
Modules§
- decoder
- Progressive file decoding for local and remote playback drivers.
- exact_
output - Exact software representations of original-depth integer PCM.
- exact_
session - Continuous, unmodified integer PCM and exact output representations.
- format
- Shared PCM format contracts; catalogue-independent implementation lives in aede-audio.
- gain_
plan - Normalization policy shared by local CLI and native PCM playback.
- loudness
- Playback loudness measurements over decoded PCM, independent of the output sink.
- normalization
- Selection of a playback gain from local audio metadata.
- output
- A local PCM output session that can span several decoded files.
- session
- Continuous processed PCM for successive compatible tracks.
- shuffle
- Deterministic, metadata-based musical journeys over a selection.
- stream
- Reusable decoded PCM blocks for local and server playback drivers.
- waveform
- Complete source envelopes for graphical seek controls. Progressive complete-track peak envelope, bounded independently of track length.
Structs§
- Queue
- A selection with a cursor and a deterministic playing order.
