Where a picture goes when no single folder on disk can hold it.
fetch --portraits prefers the folder shared by every album of an artist,
the same place cover.jpg sits relative to a release — nothing here is
involved and nothing needs backing up beyond the music library itself. This
is the fallback for the artist that has no such folder: credited only on
compilations, or with a discography spread across more than one watched
root. Inside the data folder rather than beside anything on disk, because
there is no “beside” to put it — the same reasoning that puts sources.json
here and not in the library.
