Function format_duration

Formats a duration as h:mm:ss or m:ss.

The count of seconds is rounded, not truncated: a track of 4 min 20.7 s reads 4:21, as it does in every player. Cutting the fraction off would show a second less on roughly half the tracks of a library, and the sum of the displayed times would drift away from the announced total.
