A validated original or a derived PNG thumbnail kept only in memory.

Rendering never changes the source bytes or writes a file. Thumbnails keep the aspect ratio, never enlarge the original and retain PNG sample depth.

Fields

bytes: Vec<u8>

Original JPEG/PNG bytes, or a losslessly encoded PNG thumbnail.

format: &'static str

Validated container, either jpg or png.
