One recorded performance, independent of the local files and editions carrying it.

A recording without a MusicBrainz identifier starts as local to one track placement. It is deliberately not merged by title, duration or ISRC alone: the studio take, a live take and a cover often share some of those clues.

Fields

id: Id

Position in Catalog::recordings.

title: String

Display title from the first local placement that identified it.

key: String

Normalized title, useful for display searches but never identity alone.

isrc: Option<String>

Industry code when the local placement carried one.

mbid: Option<String>

MusicBrainz recording identifier, when local metadata supplied one.

track_ids: Vec<Id>

Every local placement carrying this recording.

work_ids: Vec<Id>

Compositions this performance realizes, when explicitly identified.
