One durable review decision, bound to the exact claim that was reviewed.

source_id is part of the identity on purpose. If a later fetch proposes a different MusicBrainz object, the old answer cannot silently approve it.

entity: EntityRef

Stable entity reference, independent of catalog vector positions.

source: String

Service that made the claim.

source_id: Option<String>

Identifier that was accepted or rejected.

decision: ReviewDecision

The explicit choice.

reviewed_at: u64

Time at which the choice was made.
